Replace 'Quick Publish' option in Infopath 2010 with code to publish form template to sharepoint 2010 List

I have a sharepoint 2010 list, which uses the default sharepoint form template for adding/editing items. I need to use an Infopath 2010 form template. I need to make this change programmatically. I have the .xsn file which i can publish to the sharepoint list (using the 'quick publish' button in the Infopath 2010 Form Designer). I need to know how to perform this programmatically and replace the manual step of clicking on the 'Quick Publish' button.

Is this possible? If yes, how?

Yes, for regular form libraries we programmatically publish from Qdabra's DBXL Web Service. Just register a form with a SharePoint mapping and click Save. The web service publishes it to SharePoint. This works for stock form libraries, but not for lists. However, I think you could programmatically do it for lists as well. Have you looked at the SharePoint object model or web service API? There should be methods for publishing form templates.
