Email export to Excel creates multiple rows due to drop down list

I'm stumped....  I've been having fits all day today!  ACK!

I created an Infopath form to email customers and in the form, I have a drop down list.  When I get the email back and click "Export to Excel", I get multiple rows for the same submitted form.  It appears that a line is created for each pull down list choice.  What I would like to have is only one row per submission with only the chosen pull down list selection.

Hope this makes sense and thank you all for your help.

Can anyone please provide some assistance?  Really struggling with this and tried various things to no avail.

I'm sorry - I've not seen this before. Can you attach your form under Options so I can reproduce this issue?

Thank you Hilary.  I attached the form on my original post.  I'm sure you know, but you may have to change the respond to email address.  Right now, it is coming to my email address.  Appreciate the help so much.

Can you attach a sample Excel export as well? Thanks!

    Hi,

Any luck out there?  Still curious as how to remedy this situation.

    Thanks.

Sorry - I didn't see you'd updated your original post with your export file.

I didn't get the same results when I exported from your form - as long as I didn't export the repeating table, I only had one row of data. I've not kept your template - can you reply and attach your template again to a reply (not overwriting the file that is now on your original post)? Also what version of IP / Outlook are you using?
