Hi all,

I have a form that needs 2 different submit buttons where each submits the form as an attachement using outlook. The recipient then needs to be able to open the form to view its contents - there is no sharepoint running in the background to submit it to

I have 1 button that submits it successfully however when I add a second submit button and set it up the orriginal buttons settings are over written with the new details.

Does anyone know how to add a second (fully indipendent from the first) submit button to send the form via email as an attachement that can be opened by the recipient?

Hi Marylin,

I recommend creating two data connections and use regular button controls (not default submit). The button controls can have a rule with an action to submit and you can choose the data connection relative to the button.
