How do you remove the "noreply" from a 2010 InfoPath email coming from SharePoint library?

When I submit any InfoPath form to our SharePoint 2010 library and email it at the same time. It comes over to Lotus Notes inbox under the Who column as "noreply". My senior execs have requested that it be removed. I do know that there is a global setting on SharePoint 2010, but I was told that will not change. Is there any rule or formula that I could apply to a button to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance!

Here's a simple workaround: remove the email data connection from the InfoPath form and create a reusable SharePoint workflow on the form library that sends your email.  You may need to promote properties from your form in order to use them in the email fields. In addition, you cannot send the view, but you can send the link to the form, which should be sufficient.

Thank you for your prompt response; however, that was an idea I'd proposed, but was rejected. Please help any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
