Hello,

the "Merge Forms"-feature in InfoPath allows you to easily merge the data in multiple forms into one document.

Does anyone know if it´s possible to control the order of the merged data if you choose more than one file in the "Merge File" dialog.

Also I have tried to use the "OnMergeRequest"-Event but likewise without success by now.

Hello Karsten,

You can use Custom merge in order to merge data of all the XMLs into one. To do Custom merge take a look at Meeting Agenda sample solution, which merges Issue tracking forms. You can also refer Pages from 47 to 52 in book called “Developing solutions with Microsoft InfoPath”.
