    Using wildcard in SelectSingleNode?

    Hi,

I have several repeating tables with similar node names (i.e. chkrName, engrName, dgnrName).

I want to include the same button on each row in each table to add that rows' data to another repeating tables' nodes (i.e. notifyName) when selected.

     Can I use a wildcard in my C# code like this: e.Source.SelectSingleNode("my:*Name", NamespaceManager).Value) ?

     Thx in advance!

Hi Barry and thanks for posting.

You could use an xpath expression. Our xpath experts are all on vacation this week and next. Search for xpath wildcard selectors or something like that. Here's an example of one that selects all fields and attributes: //*[not(*)] | //@*[name() != 'xml:lang']
