InfoPath Data Connection to External List in SharePoint

Does anyone know what would cause only 1 out of the 3 fields to show up in the Data Connection to an External List in SharePoint?

The external content type was created from a view on sql server.  The external list contains all 3 columns that I needed.  When I go to create the data connection to the list from infopath, only 1 field shows up.  "The SharePoint list has the following fields that you can select from." and only 1 is in there, along with BDC_Identity.

All 3 fields do show up if a create the Data Connection to SQL Server.  The problem I have when I do it that way is the form needs to be in Full Trust.
I am not getting where with this...any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Do the columns show up as the same data type in the BCS as they do in SQL?

Yes, 2 decimal, 1 string The string is the only 1 that appears in the infopath data connection.

We were able to solve this issue by converting the decimal data types in the view to integer and this did the trick! Yay!!
