Clear Repeating Table data and delete rows

I need to be able to clear the data from a repeating table and delete all but the first row on a submit button. I think I should be able to do this with Qrules, but haven't been able to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi-

I think it might be as easy as running two consecutive commands:

    First:

    Delete /xpath=/my:myFields/my:group/my:repeatinggroup

    then:

    Insert /parent=/my:myFields/my:group /child=my:repeatinggroup

This will clear the ENTIRE repeating table, so any data that was typed before would be lost.

Let us know whether this works or whether something else is needed. Thanks!

Ok, so this worked to a point. First I had to put the /field at the end of the delete command because it was returning an error that it couldn't find the field to delete, now it's clearing the data from the rows but not deleting the rows themselves. I took the insert command out just to test this part. If I put the insert back in it would insert the new parent at the bottom of the existing rows.

     Hi-

I'm not sure what could be going on. Could you attach your form or email it to use? I'll take a look to see what may be going on. Thanks.
