Hi there,

I'm having a problem using submit to email before submiting to access database.

 I'm using a set of rules in the control:

1st set a field value

2nd send to email (data in the body of the email, no attachments, is just for information)

3rd submit to database

4th open new form.

Outlook pops up an email, with the correct fields (to, CC, Subject). however the body of the email contains no data. Email is created in rich text

 What is that screenshot of? Why is the template full trust?

 Hi,

the  form is located in a network drive and it retrieves and submits to a MS Access Data base.

From what I know in order to work it needs to be fully trusted.

When I'm configurating the email submition and choose "only this view"  it shows Capture.jpg.

 then because this paragraph I've checked the File menu and in the option "restrict permitions" i was not able to change anything.

I spent a full week trying to figure out what is happening and today I've seen some information that Infopath and MS Outlook should be from the same version.

Due to Exchange version, i'm using Outlook 2010 and Office Plus 2013.

 Could this be also the reason?

 Yes - if you are getting a blank email, it would be because of the version mismatch - at least we saw that with Outlook 2007 and IP 2010.
