InfoPath Dev

Hello,
We have an InfoPath form on our SharePoint site, the end user fills out the fields, one being the fax number.  They click "Submit" and the form is then sent to an Exchange mailbox.  We have software that monitors that mailbox and sends it out through a fax line.  The software that we are using is no longer supported, so I am trying to find a solution before an issue with the software occurs.  Currently we have a Data Connection configured on the form to pull data from the fields that were entered and place it in the Subject line of the email.  We do not fax any attachements.

I don't think what I am trying to do is to un-common, so I am intrested to know if anyone else has come accross this and if they had or whould share there solution.

Hey team, it's been a few days and no response.  I can see this forum gets a lot of activity but can anyone help point me in the right direction ? 

I'm sorry for the delay but I can't think of any good options. I'm sure there is Exchange software that can do this kind of a thing, but it's not really related to InfoPath.
