Button Function That Submits to a SharePoint List and SQL Database

I am trying to add a button that sets the function to submit to a SharePoint List (NOT LIBRARY) as well as a SQL database at the same time. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Tiffany

Hi - have you thought about using web services for your form? For the SharePoint list submit, you can use InfoPath's stock submit functionality to submit to the list, but submitting to a SQL database at the same time would probably need a web service. We do have a DBXL document service that allows submit to SharePoint and SQL - feel free to check out the free trial here.
