Limiting XML data source from displaying all lines of data

I have a form I am trying to build. It is a simple form, Used to text software and provide feedback and screencapture of errors etc. Should be simple Users are given task to test the app and then give screen capture feedback with a pass or fail option button. So there are a lot of tasks that need to be captured. The text is provided in Excel. I can convert the text to xml and bring it in. The issues is it brings in everything there is no break. My question is, well I what would like to do is bring the data in multiples of 5's without breaking up the excel text. ALso the other issue I am not able to solve is that if I enter data in one of the none xml field it puts the same text in all the field. The users's input must be unique cause I need to capture that input for pdf storage. My XML layout is repeating I have three fields that must be different: the pass or fail option button. The screencapture and the users comments for each task. Can this be done withing a repeating table/Section? How to obtain this Thank you

This isn't very clear. Could you provide more information on how you are converting Excel data to XML?

You can include screenshots or XSN form templates when responding via the Options tab, in case this helps to explain the scenario.

    Thanks.

     Thanks for responding.

The jist of it is this  I am following sym won ton's example he creates a repeating form in InfoPath then runs it clicks on repeat, This sets up the xml for excel

Then we bring in the xml file into excel and map it.  Then we save that xml mapped file and bring it into IP as a secondary connection.

This works fine, I create a form and bind it to the mapped xml.  It does the repeat but I want to slow it down and only show what I want

What I need is to create a repeating section and put the repeating table in the section,  But I want two more fields that will keep those data entry unique.

What happens in those new fields is what ever input typed in shows up in all the non repeating fields , this is the problem.

I don't know who to combine repeating fields, have it repeat but allow unique input instead of copying the same info to all the repeated box,

    Thanks again

I will try to get screen shots

I have upload the xsn file. it works partially, I mean the results are half. I need it to be able to except richtext, cause I need to include screen captures. I just can't figure out how tohave two unique input fields for the user. Have a look, it might also help some one else, that was thinking of doing this. Here is the link I used to be able to transfer the excel text in Infopath so I don' have to retype or do copy and paste, way faster. http://www.bizsupportonline.net/infopath2010/import-data-excel-2010-infopath-2010.htm
