Hi there

Can I change the Title/URL of my form Library without it stopping the form from working?

Can anyone help please. I am not a techy person and still teaching myself about Infopath.

You can go to Form Library Settings > General Settings  to change the name.

The URL can't be changed in the same way, however. You'd likely need to delete and recreate if you need to change the URL (and adjust the form, for example, if there's a submit data connection).
