Some users (not all) are receiving the error "There has been an error while loading the form. A required resource could not be downloaded. To try to resume the download, refresh the page." when trying to load an infopath form (within SharePoint 2010). We have anonymous access activated on SharePoint. Users impacted are using browser types of IE, Chrome and Firefox. In the past they cleared their cache however it does not always work.
