Hi everyone,

My company is looking into sending out paperless contracts and thought that Info Path can be a solution.

I have prepared a form, the contractors will just need to fill few fields (confirm VAT number, phone number, agency name...), I think I have done everything correctly.

What I want to know now is, how I make sure that they won't modify the copy they will receive and that it appears like the manager of the company signed it?

 What will you be sending out? A web based infopath form or a word doc?

 Signatures - use insert picture. People use to do that on word docs.

Look into view and form status. You could make something read only.
