How to make a "main" entry field copy for each row of a repeating table?

Hello I am using a repeating table to collect data which is submitted to an Access database. One of the pieces of data I am collecting is a username, first name, last name, and date. What I would like to happen is for a user to enter each of these items once and for them to be included with each row of the repeating table when submitted to Access. Currently I have these 4 fields outside of the repeating table in a non-repeating section. I find when a user submits the form, these are only included for the first row. My plan was to have a field for the username et al. in the non repeating section, then have another username field in the repeating table and make that hidden but I can't figure out how to make sure these are always the same. I am quite new to InfoPath and not sure what is the best way to accomplish this but I am hoping someone can give me some suggestions (even knowing if this can't be done would be helpful.) Thanks in advance! Anna
