Rules in infopath browser form not updating when i publish a new version to sharepoint?

I have a form template published on sharepoint and i often need to update this template and republish to sharepoint. I made a change to the form to add a rule on a button to hide this button unless it was the person who needed to open the form and approve and i published this to sharepoint so my forms should now have this rule but the button is still there. if i preview this new rule in filler the button is hidden (which it should be) but in the browser the buttons not hiding?

Weird. I have no idea why. Can you download the XSN from the SharePoint site (library settings->advanced->edit template) and verify it was published?

If there is a rule parsing error (see rule inpector for any invalid fields) it's possible that the rule parser is failing.
