    Urgent: Login Box

    Hi!

This is a problem of my diploma theses - so it is very time critical. Please help me!

I have a windows 2003 server with several InfoPath forms, reachable viahttp://myserver/forms/formname.xsn. All these forms use WebServices to communicate. The WebServices are hostet at the same server (myserver). Then I use a xml-file to open a form in InfoPath. The form opens, but then there appears a login box. As domain administrator, the login box doesn't appear, as a normal user, it appears twice. The user may enter his credentials, leave the fields empty or press cancel - the form opens correctly. But it's not very nice. I want to get rid of these login box - but how?

I added the server to the trusted sites in IE - not working.
I changed the security to the lowest level - not working.
I allowed anonymous access to the WebServices and forms - not working. I enabled windows authentication for the WebServices and forms - not working.

As a normal user, I always get these stupid login box :-(

Please help me, I have no more ideas.

    Best regards,
    Sebastian

I found my problem - there were wrong permissions for the root website at my server.

If you use managed code in your form you should not add the server to Trusted Sites. Instead add the server to the Local Intranet Zone and see if that helps.

Also, where is the XML file located?

Hi! I do not use managed code. The XML file is dynamically generated at the MYSERVER server.

Ah ok. Glad you found the permissions issue on the server. Sorry I couldn't help more. :)
