Good morning! I am trying to pull some data into a form and need some assistance.

 I have a SharePoint list called "Managers". This list contains two columns,  Manager's Name and E-Mail Address.

1. In my form, I have a data connection to pull the list into a drop-down - works great.

2. I have another field that I would like to pull the E-Mail address based on the Manager's Name that is chosen.

Can someone tell me how I can do this. I wasn't able to find any information and it is probably because I am not querying correctly. Thanks.

I believe what you're looking for is called cascading drodowns. We have a video on this available here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SH7xUEcQwwg

Even if you don't have cascading dropdowns, that scenario will illustrate how to set data in another field based on a selection in a dropdown.

A quick Google search on InfoPath cascading dropdowns will reveal a good number of tutorials and samples. Here's one.
