Folks,
Have not posted here in a while and am hoping somone can help. I have a form with several repeating tables in which the last field in each references the Date field at the top of the form (a simple date picker)
I have done this in order to assign the date from the form to every row of the repeating tables. I later use this to filter based on dates. When the form is filled out, every field that needs to show the date shows it perfectly. The problem arises when I merge the forms. The Date at the top of the form being a "Date Picker" and not part of a repeating table, does not get merged. The repeating table shows all of the data except for the last field that is supposed to show the date from the original form. I suspect this is because the date it references is gone after the merge. I have tried referencing a reference.....different text boxes etc to no avail. I cant just assign a default value of Now() or Today() as I need the option for my users to specify the date. Is there any way for a repeating table to have a field that references a date on the form and have that date show on each line of the repeating table in the merged form? Thanks for reading.
