Hi there - I have created two forms for our supervisors to submit changes to their agents schedules. I have one user where when he submits the form, the TO field is always blank. Does anyone know the cause of this and how I can fix it? I've attached one of the forms.

So - you have a lot of submit connections there - and you are saying no matter which one is used the "To" field in the email is not populated? Are they all hardcoded like this? Can you create a simple sample form for this user to test?

Hi there - I had him run a test with the ADMIN form (attached) because it has only the one data connection and he is having the same results. The forms are making it to the appropriate email addresses, so they are working, just the user is confused about why it isn't populating and is not confident the forms are being received.

 So - on his machine the pop-up that displays showing who the email is going to just doesn't show the email address in the to field? That is just the oddest thing... Sorry for the non-answer here, but maybe try a repair of Office? Oh- the user has the same version of InfoPath and Outlook installed? A mis-match there can sometimes cause weird issues...

Ok, thank you, I will get with IT and see if that could be the problem.
