Hi

 this may be a simple one I am missing

 Having a text field for customer name, requirement for rule to have only letters present in that field, no numbers.

 Ways to achieve that, I could do a custom pattern on letter but each customer name is a different length

Pointers appreciated

In your data validation rule, add this condition as an expression:

contains(., "0") or contains(., "1")  or contains(., "2")  or contains(., "3") or contains(., "4") or contains(., "5") or contains(., "6") or contains(., "7") or contains(., "8") or contains(., "9")

It might not be the smartest solution but that should work.
