Infopath 2010 - This form cannot be opened because it requires the domain permission level and it currently has restricted permission

    Hello,

I created a form for our dev environment and have it working.  I then copied the form and redeployed it to our QA server.  Once there I updated the data connections, etc..  and everything works fine in that environment.   My last move to our Production environment I went through the same steps but now I'm receiving the error: "This form cannot be opened because it requires the domain permission level and it currently has restricted permission".

I've searched the forums and see this message listed on a few other places but the solutions do not seem to address my issue.

This form is administratively approved through CA.  The form has qRules injected.  The form works fine if I go into desing mode and do a preview.

To further test, I created a new form library to test with.  created another copy of the form with a different name and saved and published.  I then administratively approved the new form and added it to the new form library.  same result.

    SharePoint 2010, InfoPath 2010 environment.

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks.

You might need to add the URL to the Local Intranet security zone in Internet Explorer. Can you try that?

When injecting qRules I did not change the setting from sandbox to Admin Deploy.  Works now.
