Thanks Hilary,  this is happening on the three forms I am using the submit and refresh with.  I am working with MS on the qRules Office 365 and web forms problem and they had be upgrade to 4.3 becuase that is the trial version they had.  After I upgraded, I started seeing these problems. One thing I did notice is on the Refresh data connection, when I add the View ID, I change the ID so that it has curley braces at the front and back along with the "-".  After I inject the curely braces turn into %7B and &7D.  I can change them back to braces but it looks like they keep changing back.  It does this on all the forms I have been referencing.  Not sure if this has anything to do with it but I thought it was strange.

After reading some of the other old posts on this matter I have come across the following.  If I create multiple items in the table(3) and they are submitted to the list, I can delete the very first item in the table and it will get removed from the list!  If I try and delete any of the other items, it does not work.

If I delete the first item in the table and press the submit button, i immediatley get the following in the result:

Item does not exist. The page you selected contains an item that does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user.

When I look in the item view, the item has been deleted.  WooHoo!

I do not get anything in the result if i delete the others and the item does not get removed from the list.

Okay, thanks for that info as well - with my test the other day I was not deleting just the first item (and I do recall this was a bug with this feature at one point, but I believe it was resolved). I'm sorry it is taking me so long to get the time to set up a test for your form, but I'm hoping to get that done still today.

Okay, I took your form and made some minor changes to use it with my Office 365 site. I added 4 rows to the form and submitted to my list - verified they were there. I then executed the refresh command. Then I deleted two rows from the middle of the table in the form and submitted again - both items were deleted from my list. So - this makes it seem like it is an issue on your site / machine? I'm just not sure at this point. I did slightly modify your commands - with 4.3 (actually, I think as of 4.2) you don't have to include /mapping if it is named "mapping" and you don't have to include /id if it is mapped in your mapping.

    Hi Hilary,

Thanks for the update, I created a new mapping file and named it mapping. I removed the ID and the mapping from the refresh command. It is working on all three forms now.  I tried removing only the id from the refresh on the last form and still had the same problem until I created a new mapping file and removed it from the refresh.

In the future I will setup all forms with this config.   Thanks a million for all the testing you have done.
