Qrules injection prevents browser web-form from working

I have created a list update form witch is working well until it is injected. I have inserted the Picture perfect XTP and need injection for the upload command. The form has several data connections to update fields from list. It is tested and works fine, completes publishing no errors, before and after, adding the picture Perfect XTP. Once the form is saved and injected then re-opened to publish, the publish completed but states issues prevent the form from running web browser. Will continue some testing regarding the order this is completed as it happened before and it stopped after some different formats of injection. Any ideas on what is causing this and where to look greatly appreciated

I just tested this using a blank form, adding the Picture-perfect XTP and publishing OK. Then saved, injected and tried to publish again and same error, detailed below. "The form template has been published to the server but it can only be opened in the Infopath filler because it contains features that are not compatible with the web browsers" I can't see anywhere stating this XTP is only filler form compatible, need some ideas please

Another update I opened the SampleXS_PicturePerfect supplied file with the XTP. Made the required changes to the url in the in the "Upload_PicturePerfect" data connection then check the url in the button action. Everything works fine on submit. I built a form from a blank template, injected and added the XTP and when trying to upload the photo receive, "Only base-64 encoded binary data allowed". I have checked the 2 configurations again and again and cannot determine why the supplied template works and the custom one does not. Attached the custom created form

An update on my progress so far
I retested my sandbox and found it was not operational so reconfigured that and all good. The codeTest.xsn I got from Hillary is very useful. I still have the final issue of the Picture Perfect XTP not working I created a separate form and uploaded to the SharePoint library as browser form, ran just fine, no issues at all. When I insert the XTP into the required form everything goes well until I click the button and get the "Only base-64 encoded" error. Not having any success finding what causes this issue.

Hi - On your upload button, you need to change the rule "Save Images to SharePoint" to set the value of the qRules Command field - it is currently setting the Picture field to your command.

I have completed that. Change the URL to the Picture library location and double checked the xpath to ensure its correct. I have been using the same settings in template xsn and it works fine. I don't know what the difference is?

OK, sorry Hillary, It is very ealry and I had to read that several times before it clicked. I double checked the sample and did see that it was trying to set the picture value and not the value of the QRules command field.
Change that and all is good now. Thankyou

Re: Qrules injection prevents browser web-form from working

Can I set a field in the form with a link to the uploaded file?
I am trying to find details of where this is completed but not sure where to look.

The qRules Link attribute on the file field will have this information - after the upload is completed, qRules populates that field.
