DBXL Administration Tool won't open "because of an error in the form's code."

I am having trouble opening the DBXL Administration Tool.  To my knowledge, no settings have been changed, but when I tried to open the Admin Tool this morning, InfoPath keeps giving me this error:

    Form template: http://<servername>/QdabraWebService/Forms/ID/201/template.xsn
InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's code.
Could not load file or assembly 'AdminTool, Version=1.0.4674.18768, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Failed to grant permission to execute. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131418)

Any help would be appreciated, as I currently cannot open the Admin Tool at all.

    Hi,

I'm sorry you've run into issues.

This might indicate that something has changed at the server level. I would first check the application pools. Typically DBXL is installed on the SharePoint - 80 site; therefore the DBXL app pool uses the same identity as the SharePoint - 80 app pool. A server update, a SharePoint patch or some other server action might change these application pool settings.

Let us know what you find and contact us at support at qdabra dot com if no progress is reached. Thank you.
