    Form Transfering

    Hi Friends,

I need help in Transfering form from one folder to another folder in sharepoint library. Here is like my application. In Share point library there are two folders like Pending and Approve. when the cadndidate fills the form, first it will store into the Pending folder. After the Respective manager approving the form it should go and store in the approve folder.

In my case the form is going and storing in the approve folder but the form in the Pending folder is remains there. I don't want the form in the pending folder after it is approved.

Please give soluation for my problem.

    Thanks in advance

Kalyan answer is what your looking for but wouldnt it be easier to leave all the forms in one library and just setup 2 views, 1 showing only pending forms and 1 showing only approved forms

I myself would also have a view for all forms just in case your looking for one form in particlar and cant remember what stage it is at

    Hi KrishnaPrasad,

As Stavi says, a simpler way of doing it is to have a single form libray and u can have different views.

What u need to do is to promote a field from InfoPath to SharePoint.Based on the value of this field, u can switch views in SharePoint.

    Regards,

The SmartLibrary web part from Nintex provides some pretty good functionality for this scenario that enables multi-step worklows without any coding.
