Hi All,

I wanted to customize the form, i clicked on "Customize form" and/or list settings -> form settings-> <label for="ctl00_PlaceHolderMain_FormSettingsOptionSection_ctl00_InfoPathEnableNewRadioButton">Customize the current form using Microsoft InfoPath -> ok-> then i have created two secondary data connections for each(bldg, room). Finally i am trying to publish it. getting the below error. Please guide me.

I am not able to place the error screenshot. but i can explain you what exactly it is. The details are:

"the publish operation could not be completed. it cannot be determined if the form template was successfully published. Try publishing the form template again, or change the list settings to use the default sharepoint form"---Inside

"""Unable to connect to the SharePoint site.
InfoPath either cannot connect to the data source or the service has timed out."""

Seems like a timeout issue. Do you have another site you can test it on? 

What is the ping time to the SharePoint server?
