I am using a IP 2010 form with a SP 2010 list. When I use a people picker int he form, the field jumps or renders or refocuses each time I fill in another field with in the form. The same thing happens with Rich Text Box field as well.
Anyone know how to correct this odd behavior? Thank for your help
