I have created an Audit Feedback Form on InfoPath 2003, it has several submit buttons, the first of which is set through rules to submit to Form Library and also to send as email attachment to user and close of submission. This works great, however after the form has been submitted a box appears saying "do you want to submit form?" if you say no nothing happens, but if you say yes it send the email attachment again.

My question is, why does this happen and how do I stop it happening? I am reasonable new to InfoPath and am self taugh, I haven't any training in code either...... so please be gentle..... I would appreciate any help.

It depends on how you've configured the Submit Options. Take a look at the Submit button; that's most likely the data connection that is trying to execute when the form is getting closed.
The way it fix it is to not have any Submit-type buttons and instead use only buttons with Rules. i.e. the SubmitOptions should be blank and not configured.

The button is set to Rules and code not submit, so not sure what to do next, after the form submits the send box appears again and the QSM receives the email again. I have taken screenshots of the boxes and button properties to see if you can identify the problem.

Have you tried unchecking the Submit Options? (see the attached screenshot). Unfortunately, I'm not on InfoPath 2003, so I can't repro the exact behavior you are seeing, but from analyzing the form template attached above, I suspect the Submit Options are the problem.

Let us know whether this resolves the issue.
