Viewing Infopath forms on Iphone-Only View- I see formating isssues when using rich text boxes

Hello and thank you in advance for your help.  This forum rocks. It's helped me a lot and I sincerely appreciate it.

I have created a very simple Infopath form which is submitted via email. I need to use rich text boxes due to some of the content of the data the form contains.  However, when I do this, the form become unreadable when I view it in an iphone.  Is there an easy way to fix this without the formotus app expense?  I just need to view the content through Iphone email, not modify it.

I have access to sharepoint serever where I could have the email deliver the forms to and then forward them to the email recipient who needs to see the data, would that work?

Can you use an expression box to display the data? It won't display the rich text, but would at least show the data. You could have a mobile view and let user's switch to that, and it could have expression boxes (calculated values)...

Unfortunately this is data that the user enters, preceded by their name and date and I can only use Infopath 2003...(yeah, I know....)

I do have another question you might be able to easily answer...I have a formula for the above field that looks at a pre filled field (Name) it concats that with the date to create the header of this "status" field I've created.  The form is submitted  and received by a number of users via email and they each can resubmit with an updated status.  Of course, when they click to update the status button, it starts by displaying the originator's name because that's who filled in the form.  Is there any way by which I can pull the name off the submitter's email addres so that with a new submitter the field gets updated?
