    GetGroupCollectionFromUser "User cannot be found"

We have SharePoint Online and I am using SharePoint designer to edit an InfoPath web form.  My goal is to get the role collection from the web service GetGroupCollectionFromUser.

    1) Open the InfoPath form

    2) Click on the Data tab in SharePoint designer

    3) Select from Web Service --> Soap

    4) Enter the location of the Web Service Definition (<myroot>/_vti_bin/UserGroup.asmx?WSDL) (I removed my root for this post), Click next.

    5) Select "GetGroupCollectionFromUser", click Next.

    6) Click the "Set Sample Value" button.  and click next and that is when I get the "InfoPath was unable to create a schema from the results of the web service call" - User cannot be found.

    7) It is expecting me to enter in a sample value in the form of " (DOMAIN\User_Alias)".

I have tried our domain based on your site collection and then my user name which is my email address that I use to sign into SharePoint online site.  (e.g.  mydomain\[email protected])

    Any suggestions?

I am.  Let's say my email address is [email protected].  I am using ascnet/[email protected] as the sample value.  Is that not correct?

I have used domain\username and username and [email protected], Neither of these let me go forward. I am also having the same problem, Isn't there a solution to this?
