Help needed with two different repeating tables pls.

I have a from in Infopath 2010 that has two views. De default view contains a repeating table with field1, field2, and checkbox1. This fields are filled. On de second view I want a repeating table that is auto filled with all the rows of the rows in the repeating table on the default view where checkbox is true. It must be a repeating table on the second view. List is not an option and withou any coding because it is a webform without sandbox

Beside this, is it possible to do the same with two different infopath forms published on Sharepoint.

Can someone help me with this one. I saw some third party solution like qrules. This is not an options so can it be done with just Infopath.

     Thx.

This is fairly easy - it can be done using conditional formatting to simply hide the rows where the checkbox = FALSE. I'm attaching a sample form that you can look at in Design mode to understand this.

Sorry, I don't understand your second question. Can you explain furrther? Thanks.

Re: Help needed with two different repeating tables pls.

    Ernesto,

thx for your reply but this is not what I mean. I'm going to explain as a I can.

What I really want is the following.

Let's say I have two forms. One form is named input and the second form is named output. Both forms are published within Sharepoint in different library's.

The input form contains a repeating table with the following fields.

    Text1

    Text2

    Text3

    Checkbox one.

The output form contains a repeating table with the following fields.

    Text1

    Text2

    Text3

    Text4

    Text5

Now I need a possibility that the input form (wich is filled multiple times) copy the rows where the checkbox is false to the single output form.

    For instance,

User A fills the input form with 4 rows with two rows checked with checkbox within input form and saves that form within sharepoint with name input 1

User B fills the input form with 8 rows with five rows checked with checkbox within input form and saves that form within sharepoint with name input 2

Now I have two form saved and a total of 7 rows checked. Now I want those seven records to pass to the single output form.

Can you help me with this one without code?

    Thx

    Hi,

I really don't think this is possible without an intermediate list, that is, your first form writes the checked items into the list, and then the second form reads those items from the list. Writing from a form to a list probably requires code.

The other option would be to somehow pass parameters from one form to the other, but that would definitely require code.

One option to consider is doing this in just one form, with 2 different views. In that scenario, you could do it without code, as I explained in a previous post.

    Good luck!
