    Excel rows to Infopath form

Well I have a request from our business to create infopath forms for each row of excel sheet. In detail, we have a "systems excel spreadsheet" which has 50 rows and contain "system names","manager names" and their "technical contacts" as columns. Requirement is to create custom form for each row/system and send it out to their appropriate managers ,so that they can fill out more details on each system and send it back to us. And in each form the manager, tech contact and system name should be populated from excel sheet. Is this possible at all? If anyone can help that would be great.

Well - we have a tool that can create an XML for each row - it isn't going to send to the manager, but you could always add some workflow for that... If third party tools aren't an option, you'll need to write code for this.

Since you have a dev team, you'd just need to let them know you need an EXE that can read an Excel workbook and generate XML for each row - Or, I suppose they could use VBA in Excel and add it as a macro to the workbook...
