I have everthing configured correctly (I believe) in "Advanced Options" but no matter what I do the toolbar with the options "Submit" only show at the top and never at the bottom.  Any help is appreciated!!!

Is this happening for all forms? What about if you try a new, blank form, and publish it to a new form library, and open in the browser, does it only show the top toolbar?

In the browser, you should be able to add the top and bottom bars.

In the client, only the top bar will show.

Want to attach one of your forms via the Options tab to see if there's a form issue?

You could also use the Options tab to attach a screenshot of what you're experiencing.

Ok, I think I understand. It's a question of version. In SharePoint 2010 there's a ribbon. Notice that the Form Options screen says "When the Ribbon is unavailable". Well, the Ribbon is available in ShP 2010, but not in MOSS 2007. So if you publish the form to MOSS 2007, you'll see the toolbar at the bottom of the form. But in the ShP 2010 browser form, you see the Ribbon only.
