I want to pull a record set of AD users filtered by supervisor.

Then I want to set the filter record set as a master detail.

Sort of like

 Master Record Set.

• user 1
• user 2
• user 3 

________________

Detail for user 2

user is on time?  true false

user is a good teammate? 1 2 3 4 5

user plays well in sand box. 1 2 3 4 5

_______________________________________ 

 

The master is the users AD record.

The detail is values set for each master record in the form.

Please respond if qrules will help, if so,  I will purchase QRULES.  Which one would you suggest to purchase for this project.

Hi - do you already have a method for getting the Active Directory info? I'd suggest our Active Directory web service for you if not...

Do you know in advance how many users you'll have per form? All of them? A subset? At any rate, you can use qRules to insert repeating rows into a main data source, which it sounds like you may want to do here - you could insert as many rows as needed for the number of users you'll have.

You could also just include by default enough rows to handle for the number of users you'll have in each form, if you have an idea in advance.

 I will have around 50 - 75 records to a form. 

and under neath around 10 questions that will have a radio button rating system 1 - 10.  I will sum these per user record and disburse a total amount.

I think you'll need the Active Directory web service, available here. We can get you a trial version of qRules so you can try it out in your form and make sure you have everything working the way you need using trial versions before you buy - Marci Dahms can help you with this. I'll send you an email via the forum with her email address.
