Hyperlinks in Forms - Allowing Drag/Drop or Browse

    Hi,

I am new to Infopath, and am trying to design forms for my company to use in certain correspondences.

However, we need the various users to be able to add hyperlinks to documents on our intranet to the form. Currently, the "hyperlink" control only allows writing down an address (like www.convoso.com) and does not support browsing folders and selecting a document to hyperlink to. It is also impossible to drag the document to the form's window using right-button and selecting "create hyperlink here" (which is possible in Word or Outlook). The only option, then, is for the users to type in the full intranet address for each document, and with5 documents per form, that is simply not possible.

Does anyone have any idea if and how I can resolve this?

    Thanks!

    Matan

I think you are out of luck for this functionality out of the box - I don't know if there are any existing ActiveX controls by third parties that can do this, but you may need either something third party that is already available or a custom developed component...
