"This form cannot be opened in a Web Browser."

I've got a .xsn uploaded on my Sharepoint site that is accessing an external Access DB.  99% of my users can open this form just fine by clicking on it and having it open in InfoPath.  The form never tries to open in the browser and that's intended since we're using Access.  However, 4 of my users are experiencing an error when they click the link:

This form cannot be opened in a Web Browser.  To open this form, use Microsoft Infopath.

This is happening on every Infopath file the affected users attempt to open. Its also happening across browser types including IE.

I wonder if there's a problem with InfoPath on those machines. Could you try to Repair Microsoft Office and whether that solves the issue?

I can certainly give that a try.  Since Infopath opens the forms fine from the directory does it still sound like this could be the issue?
