Automated Server Can't create object. File: Script.js Line 239

    Hello friends,

Can you please help me with this issue.

Issue Summary: A requester submits a form then a mail will be sent to 2 approvers (A and B) once they approve it then it will go to next level of approvers. Either A or B can approve the form then a mail will be sent to next level of approvers. but when User A try to approve the form then he is getting the above error message. but it works fine for User B. User A tried to open the form from different computers but he is facing same problem on all the computers.

Notes: 1. There was no backend code written for this form. The form was completely created using Rules

    2. There was no data connection which names as Script.js.

    3. Whenever user opens the form, then the form will connect to backend server to fetch that users information and depending on the rules, it will give the option to approve it.

    Error

Your screenshot wants a user name & password. :-)

Is the form opened in InfoPath or in the browser?

Well, the form opens in InfoPath. Not in Browser.

The good news is..., I am able to fix this issue by changing few settings in IE.

Open IE-->Tools-->Internet Options--->Security--->Custom Level... ---> Initialize and Script Active X Controls not marked as safe for.....

     Change the settings (enable/disable)...

     That fixed the issue
