Dear All,

I am a blank book to infopath with 0 knowledge on it. That does not mean i would give up trying to achieve something.

 I need help in creating a simple infopath form to test the xml and its data

I have 100 xmls. I needed to check each xml if it contains the particular tag and respective values.

 I Plan to have a infopath form which would have an input filed where i can specify the xml location.

The form would contain a button which when i press would return data for the particular tag mentioned in the form (table layout).

I read an article on this forum" where the user inputs his lan id and hits a button to get the user name and email address" looking for something like this but only with xmls.

Please can you help.

All is needed is to put in the logic to look for the correct element.
