Please keep me posted on this!  IP Client forms using UserProfilesService are no longer working.  The UPS gets an SQL error when called.

    ldkud50,

If you would like to contact me to discuss any of your issues, my email is [email protected].  I think you are feeling the pain as much as we are.  We have 6600 users and over 100 applications in the cloud.  We have 8 Sev A tickets open with MS premium support since Tuesday of last week,  Most of the ticets are all escalated to "operations", what a joke!  We have so many SP issues I will be opening tickets for the next 6 mths.

    Hi, Jerry:

As per my post in this thread - it seems the Sandbox service itself may be the issue in the Office 365 update - ldkud50 and I tried publishing a simple browser form with a line of code that just sets a fields value - and it failed to publish to the Sandbox as well. Do you have open tickets with MS on the issues you are experiencing? Are your client forms that leverage the UserProfileService using qRules or custom code, or are they just using the web service? If the forms use qRules or custom code, can you set up a test form that does not and see if you still have the UserProfileService issues without code or qRules?

I have many Premium Support tickets open with MS.  I have forms that are using QRulesand forms that are not using qrules experiencing the issues.  There is nor any custom code in the forms just web service.   I still have the issue with a form that is not using qRules.

Did you get an info concerning the effects of the upgrade?  The qRules submit to SP seems to be functioning fine when publishing to a client form, but is still not working when publishing to a browser form.  I can publish the form, but submit to sp command does not submit unless it is a client form.  Have they given you any indication as to when this may be fixed?  I have not gotten any type of time from MS concerning the tickets that I have open.  They are "working on it".

I haven't heard anything from MS since the 21st with my ticket. This has been on the service health since the 21st. "We are currently performing a planned SharePoint Online upgrade to Office 365. Some customers may experience the following issues – all of which are being actively resolved: - Custom sandbox solutions and custom web parts may experience performance or blocking issues. - Public websites may not be accessible by mobile devices, resulting in a prompt for credentials. - Managing user information in Tenant Admin may return errors. We are actively working through all of the issues. We thank you for your patience and will continue to update the Service Health Dashboard as we make progress. We have confirmation that the workflow issues have been resolved. We are continuing to drive resolution of the other issues and will update daily as we progress."

I haven't had any direct contact w/ anyone at MS, if this question is for me? Our Office 365 site has a service health warning currently that we may have issues with Sandboxed forms, so I am waiting until that warning has been resolved to see if we have issues with qRules - I currently can't open qRules forms in the browser on our O365 site.

I am seeing the same results and alert on the service health page.  I thought you may have heard something different because of your relationship with MS.  Thanks for the update Hilary!

Re: Has the Qdabra team tested functionality of products since the Office 365 Upgrade this week?

IMO, it is quite unreasonable for Microsoft to roll out  changes onto enterprise (aka commercial aka paid) plans while they have quite a lot of free Office 365 (Sharepoint Online) trials free "testers" for testing them on them first.

Also IMO, it is quite obvious (for me) that changes should have beeen  rolled out for new coming customers but (strictly) optional for those that already mounted their enterprise solutions.
Otherwise, all the benefits and senses of using cloud services go upside down  (i.e. convert themselves into pain from  facilitation)

I spoke with the developers at MS and they are indicating that they cannot help me with any applications that are using qRules.  It looks like I can publish browser forms with repeating tables that are not using qRules, but if they are injected I am seeing the incompatible with browsers error.  MS indicated that the Qdabra .dll file that is packaged in the template is more than likely the cause.  Have you made any progess on this?  Most of my applications are injected with qRules and none of them will work in a browser.

Well that stinks. Doesn't look like this will be fixed any time soon or even at all. I can't believe that MS just pushed this update down our throats with no lead time to figure out our enterprise solutions.

    Hi Jerry,

Is Microsoft singling out the qRules DLL, or any form with code?

I think this would be a good question for them. If they are not going to provide any support for forms that contain code, then that would include qRules.

But I can't imagine that Microsoft would single out qRules, specifically, and not other forms with code.
