    A key point may be "Execution of user code in the .NET Framework is disabled. Enable "clr enabled" configuration option."

    Before I begin blindly following the guidance at http://mitchfincher.blogspot.com/2012/04/execution-of-user-code-in-net-framework.html, has anyone seen something like this before?

    Re: After DBXL database was moved/reconfigured getting SubmitToDbxl error with qRules

    With DBXL v2.6, the CLR is required to be enabled on the SQL Server instance.

    Open SQL management studio and connect to the SQL Server where the databases reside using an account with sysadmin permissions and execute the following:

    sp_configure 'show advanced options', 1;
    GO
    RECONFIGURE WITH OVERRIDE;
    GO
    sp_configure 'clr enabled', 1;
    GO
    RECONFIGURE WITH OVERRIDE;
    GO
