I've created a form that get's the user profile information correctly from an AD server when a new form is opened. I created a couple of fields that harness the data I need such as email address, account name, and department. When a user submits the data I have a rule that erases the fields before submit. After the form has been saved to a Sharepoint form library(.xml) it doesn't get the profile of the current user anymore. Is there a way to fix this? What I'm trying to accomplish here is to get the user profile information every time the form is opened so I can use the fields to create an edit history of a field in a repeating table. When X field is populated it populates Y field with time stamp and Z field with user name, email address or other identifying property. Thank you!

Make sure that the AccountName field in the query is blank.  This will return the current user.  Also make sure that the query is executed on form load every time instead of just new form cases.

What is the current behaviour like where its not working for you?
