    Lookup Column Allow Multiple Values

I have created a form with fields associated with a SharePoint 2010 list. One of the fields / columns is a lookup field, Cost Center, that allows for multiple values (Admin, Project, Support, Misc, Budget, etc). I would like the user to be able to enter an associated value, a percent, for each of the values they select from the Cost Center. For example: If they choose Admin and Support I want them to have a choice dropdown of a percent. Any ideas on how to do that with either the SharePoint list or Infopath form?

You need a repeating section so I suggest using an InfoPath form with a repeating table that has a dropdown in it. The dropdown is populated from the SharePoint list with the cost centers. There's a field to the right which is percent. You can set it up so it removes the value from the dropdown if it's already selected and you can force the total to be 100%.

I didn't think I could use a repeating table with a SharePoint List? If you can, can you direct me to a procedure?

    thanks

To have Repeating controls in a main data source/connection to a shrepoint list, you should  choose from the very beginning in Data Connection Wizard:

    • Manage multiple list items with this form
Repeating table displaying in SharePoint list (2010)

Or, in any Infopath form, create secondary/receive data source to a Sharepoint List, Right-click on d:SharePointListItem_RW in Fields pane > choose Repeating Table
