I need to implement a wizard style infopath form where I show the user chunks of questions at a time and move between chunks of questions using "Next" or "Previous".   I followed the following examples "http://www.sharepointsharon.com/2011/11/infopath-2010-one-form-multiple-views/comment-page-1/#comment-1209" and "http://blogs.msdn.com/b/infopath/archive/2006/04/20/580210.aspx" but there really was not much detail on how to implement the previous or back buttons.

In my form, I have 2 views, the default (Location) and a second view (Project).  I got as far as adding a next button with a rule but when I run it and click "Next", the "Project" view appears beneath my "Location".  I'm not sure how to hide the "Location". 

Any ideas?

What I would do is add a node to the data source and call it "StepNo". This node would not show in the canvas, but instead I would use it only to control what is shown to the user.

I would have a section for Location and a section for Project.

When the form opens I would have a rule that sets StepNo to 1. Then I would have a rule that would hide the Project Section when StepNo is equal to 1.

When the user clicks the button to go to the next step, I would have a rule that sets StepNo to 2. Then I would have a rule that would hide the Location Section when StepNo is equal to 2.

Does that make sense?
