I have a form designed in InfoPath 2010 for browser view. It has different views, sections, etc...
The main view however does not have any sections, its just one large table with controls.
I tried compacting it by inserting some section and moving controls there. I would hide the sections and only show it based on other user selections.
Everything seemed to work fine until I noticed an issue that I cannot resolve. Problem is that whenever one of these hidden section is displayed and visible any option button control that already has a value selected gets reset and cleared whenever another control such as people picker or multiple selection list is populated. This does not happen if the sections remain hidden. Also, this occurs only once per form load. If you go back and select the answers in the option button controls again then clear and re-populate other controls that caused the buttons to clear in the first place, the issue does not come up again.
I tried searching the web and I couldn't find this same type of issue. I tried changing the Postback Settings on the sections and the option buttons to Always which didn't help. I also tried Never which didn't help.
I did not see this issue when using the Preview in the InfoPath designer. I only noticed this after publishing.
Any idea what the problem may be and how to fix it?
