Submit To SharePoint List - Walk Through v4.2 - Error When Submitting

I have followed both the blog post, and the video (thank you for making both). I have gone through my connections, and my mapping file to double check that I have all of the fields mapped. However I am still getting an error when trying to submit to SharePoint. http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/hilary/archive/2012/05/30/qrules-submittosharepointlist-walkthrough-for-v4-2.aspx I am using the latest version of qRules, and the Northwind SharePoint template. How can I track down possible causes? Thanks, jason

What's the error? Did you put the QdabraRules error node on your form? What is returned there?

Hi Hilary, the error message is "The list item could not be added or updated because duplicate values were found in one or more fields in the list. | The operation failed because an unexpected error occurred. (Result Code: 0x80020005)" I added an error node to my form to capture this message. Thanks, Jason

Okay - that is because the lists in that Northwind SharePoint Template have columns with constraints on them. So, my guess would be there is already an Order Number 1 in the Orders table, and possibly a customer with the same ID - I'd have to check to be sure. You can either modify the lists to remove the constraints, or you can make sure you are submitting unique data to those fields - make sense?
