Infopath 2010 How to add additional lookup field?

    Hi,

     sharepoint site 2010

I have a list A  with fields " Reason" and " Risk Level".

And I have another listB with a lookup field "Reason" in list A.

Now I am trying to cutomize the ListB new item form using INFOPATH2010.  I want to add another field on the new item form called "Risk Level", and if user select a value from "Reason " drop down, the "Risk Level" will be auto populated.

I have been trying to follow this like, but couldn't get it to work..Please help

You'd need a data connection in your form to List A. You could add a rule to the Reason field to populate the Risk Level based on the selected Reason.... Here's a how to video that might help you - I've not watched it yet, but found it searching online for a tutorial that might help you.
