InfoPath Dev

Hello, 

I'm a little new to InfoPath and have an issue that I can't seem to figure out. Our company does not currently use a SharePoint server and am having users open them up from a network drive or by opening the form directly from Outlook. They open them, fill out the necessary portions of the form and email the form to the group to continue to fill out. My issue is that 2 of us have no issues with copying a portion of an email and pasting it within the form inside a rich text box. There as been times where it has worked but mostly does not for these users. Meanwhile the boss and I can paste until the cows come home. I just can't figure it out. If anyone has a clue, please share.

So, some users can paste info copied from an email into a rich text box and some can't? Can they paste in other content, not copied from email? Or am I misunderstanding the issue?

Generally, I check things like version of Office, service packs, operating system, version of Internet Explorer, IE settings to try to track down these issues.

Thanks for the response. They can type into the rich text box fine but cannot paste anything into the box. On a rare occasion one or 2 can but 99% of the time they cannot. I will try updates and service packs next.
