    Insert Picture into Browser form

is it possible to insert a picture into a browser form?  My customer, while completing the form, would like to insert a picture.  They do not want to attach the picture, but actual insert it into a form so when they convert to pdf, the image is in the form also.  If this can be done, how?

You can use a picture control.  This will attach and display the picture inline on the form itself.  You'll need SharePoint 2010 to be able to add this control to browser forms.
